University of Colorado Denver invites applications for an Engineering and Architecture Program Manager (Senior Project Manager) to lead campus projects from conception through close-out, coordinating with internal clients, Facilities, and external consultants.

Requires a Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field and at least six years of experience in construction project management, including budgeting, scheduling, design administration, bidding, and cost

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, architectural engineering, construction engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or related degree.
• Six (6) years of construction project management experience in alteration, modification and remodel of small to large institutional or commercial renovation and capital projects, including planning/cost estimating work.
