Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; licensure strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership on complex commercial projects.
• Expert knowledge of building systems, materials, and construction methods, including masonry, steel, and/or tilt-panel.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and delivery of construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Direct and mentor internal production staff and coordinate engineering consultants.
• Oversee project schedules, redlines, and quality control.
• Review shop drawing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and construction issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations.
• Serve as the primary senior contact for clients, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction.
