Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Engineering Analyst/Tech Lead in Trust and Safety SAGE to lead automated safety evaluation platforms powering next‑gen generative AI products. You will shepherd the transition to high-throughput autoraters, enabling real-time launch decisions with sub-100ms enforcement, while managing critical domains like Health, Civics, Elections, and AI Ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
• 5 years in the anti-abuse domain with signal analysis, model development and cybersecurity.
• Experience programming in SQL, Python, or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Establish metrics and benchmarks for Generative-AI issues and quantify improvements.
• Drive project delivery, challenge proposals, and identify risks across mid-to-high complexity projects.
• Improve tools and workflows through data analysis and stakeholder presentations; identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, and scale production-grade LLM-as-a-judge autoraters and automated evaluation systems for real-time decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Search Core, and GDM teams to align technical roadmaps and risk registers.
