Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in the tech industry or a related field.
• Experience leading global teams across regions.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team to responsibly launch GenAI models and products with stakeholders.
• Drive abuse prevention strategies and scalable enforcement using ML.
• Manage abuse prevention, risk assessment, and policy enforcement for GDM products.
• Influence senior stakeholders and align organizational strategies with trust goals.
• Foster innovation and develop leaders across the team.
