Hansell Tierney is seeking an Engineering Analysis Manager in Seattle, WA with hybrid work (onsite 3 days/week). You will lead mechanical, thermal, and nuclear analysts, ensuring rigorous analyses for mission-critical programs and aligning priorities with program goals.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, people management, and continuous improvement of tools and processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace/Nuclear Eng.
• 8+ years engineering analysis experience
• 3+ years leading technical teams

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to a team of mechanical and nuclear analysts
• Review and guide structural, thermal, and nuclear analyses
• Manage workload, resources, and project priorities
• Mentor employees and manage performance
• Collaborate with design, systems, materials, and PM teams
• Act as technical escalation point for modeling strategies
• Drive continuous improvement of analysis workflows
• Communicate progress and risks to senior leadership
• Represent the analysis function in cross-functional discussions
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture
