The annual base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $210,000.
This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or other incentive compensation.

The Engineering Analysis Manager will lead a team of structural, thermal, and nuclear analysts supporting the development and deployment of advanced power systems. This position combines technical leadership with people management, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs while aligning team priorities with broader program goals.
This is a strategic leadership hire with direct reports, responsible for guiding technical analysis efforts, managing team performance, and driving continuous improvement across analysis tools and processes. The role partners closely with cross-functional engineering and program teams to support integrated product development in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
