Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 6+ years of experience in power systems, distributed generation, microgrids, or related fields.
• Experience with power system studies such as load flow, short circuit, or reliability analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead applications engineering efforts for complex customer proposals, including system architecture, equipment sizing, and solution strategy.
• Evaluate and value-engineer electrical system designs and interconnection approaches.
• Perform advanced power system evaluations and apply modeling tools to support design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including EPC partners, R&D, and sales.
• Prepare high-quality technical content for proposals and documentation.
