Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking an Engineer I through Sr to meet electric needs with a broad range of planning, maintenance and design activities. The role covers grid design, operations, asset management, reliability and safety across Gretna and other Louisiana sites.

Responsibilities include guiding junior engineers, managing large projects, reviewing designs to meet standards, and supporting storm restoration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to Engineer Associates and Assistants.
• Manage large projects including highway relocations and reliability projects.
• Review electrical designs meeting customer needs and standards.
• Participate in meetings with external stakeholders to communicate guidelines.
• Perform engineering calculations for planning and corrective actions.
• Assist with storm restoration efforts locally and out of town.
