Job summary

Radeus Labs, Inc. in Poway, CA seeks a Senior Engineer to own complex projects from concept to customer delivery. You will coordinate hardware, software, and SATCOM integration, resolving system-level challenges and delivering working solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience across disciplines. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and communicate outcomes effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience from concept through implementation.
• Strong system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working across engineering disciplines and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on with systems and test environments.

Responsibilities

• Own complex engineering projects from requirements to customer delivery.
• Translate customer needs into practical hardware/software solutions.
• Design and integrate systems involving hardware, software, computing, and SATCOM.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level issues and identify root causes.
• Develop prototypes, perform testing, and improve production systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and program teams.
• Interact with customers to understand requirements and resolve issues.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews, verification, and validation.
• Create technical documentation including requirements, specs, tests, and reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve designs, processes, reliability and efficiency.
• Balance technical, schedule, cost, and manufacturability constraints.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Support products after delivery and resolve technical issues.
