Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related technical field—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience taking designs or systems from concept through implementation.
• Strong experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working across engineering disciplines and with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex engineering projects from requirements and concept through design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer delivery.
• Translate customer needs and technical requirements into practical solutions.
• Design and integrate systems involving hardware, software, computing, communications, and/or SATCOM.
• Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and system-level problems and identify root causes.
• Build, integrate, test, and improve prototypes and production systems.
• Work with engineering, production, quality, and program teams to bring designs to life.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews, integration, verification, and validation.
• Develop technical documentation, including requirements, specifications, test plans, and reports.

Your Background May Be In Hardware, Software, SATCOM, Computing, Embedded Systems, Or a Combination Of These Areas. What Matters Most Is Your Ability To Work At The System Level And Understand How Components Come Together. We Are Looking For Someone With Software-on-hardware Experience Who Enjoys Troubleshooting, Integration, And Solving Problems Without An Obvious Answer. The Right Person.

What You’ll Do

Own complex engineering projects from requirements and concept through design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer delivery.

• Identify opportunities to improve designs, processes, quality, reliability, and efficiency.


• Balance technical requirements, schedule, cost, manufacturability, and customer expectations.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.


• Support products after delivery and see technical issues through resolution.

Requirements

What You Bring

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related technical field—or equivalent experience.

5+ years of relevant engineering experience taking designs or systems from concept through implementation.

Strong experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Experience working across engineering disciplines and with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working hands‑on with systems, equipment, prototypes, and test environments.
