Job summary

Radeus Labs, Inc. in Poway, CA seeks a Senior Engineer to own complex projects from concept to customer delivery. You will coordinate hardware, software, and SATCOM integration, resolving system-level challenges and delivering working solutions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience across disciplines. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and communicate outcomes effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience from concept through implementation.
• Strong system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience working across engineering disciplines and with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on with systems and test environments.

Radeus Labs is looking for a curious, hands‑on Senior Engineer who understands how software and hardware work together and enjoys taking a problem from concept to a working system.

Your background may be in hardware, software, SATCOM, computing, embedded systems, or a combination of these areas. What matters most is your ability to work at the system level and understand how components come together. We are looking for someone with software‑on‑hardware experience who enjoys troubleshooting, integration, and solving problems without an obvious answer. The right person:

What You’ll Do

Own complex engineering projects from requirements and concept through design, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and customer delivery.

• Balance technical requirements, schedule, cost, manufacturability, and customer expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
• Support products after delivery and see technical issues through resolution.

What You Bring

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering, or related technical field—or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience taking designs or systems from concept through implementation.
• Strong experience with system integration, testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working across engineering disciplines and with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working hands‑on with systems, equipment, prototypes, and test environments.
