Job summary

Radeus Labs is seeking an Engineering Intern to join our growing engineering team. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting rugged computing and communications systems for aerospace, defense, and commercial applications.

You will assist with design, testing, documentation, and collaboration across Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams while gaining exposure to real-world projects on-site in Poway, CA. Compensation is $16.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an engineering degree or related technical field.
• Preferred CAD experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
• Familiar with electronics testing or soldering.
• Experience with documentation standards or version control.
• Projects in systems design or manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers with design, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and technical projects.
• Assist with hands-on assembly, testing, evaluation, and problem solving.
• Learn and apply engineering concepts, tools, software, and processes.
• Help identify issues and contribute ideas for practical solutions.
• Document work, results, and technical information clearly.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and other teams.
• Take on additional projects as skills develop.
