Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Engineer, Workforce Productivity to design, implement, and support modern workplace solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a technical leader across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and SharePoint architecture, while mentoring junior engineers and driving operational excellence.

You will help clients modernize digital workspaces with secure, AI-powered productivity via Copilot, SharePoint information architecture, automation, and governance

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure/digital workspace experience (or 5+ years at senior level).
Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 ecosystem skills and hybrid identity.
Experience enabling Copilot for Microsoft 365 and related governance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of digital workspace architectures across Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Drive Copilot readiness, licensing, governance, and integration with SharePoint and Teams.
Develop and maintain standards for security baselines, configuration, and governance for workspace technologies.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in client-facing delivery and presales as needed.
