Job summary

ivision is seeking a SharePoint Consultant to join our client-facing Modern Work practice in the United States. You will lead end-to-end engagements, delivering SharePoint Online architecture, migrations, governance, and automation, while serving as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients.

This hands-on role requires extensive experience in professional services, driving discovery, design, and implementation, and guiding adoption for long-term success.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering SharePoint Online architectures and migrations.
• Proven ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and define future state.
• Experience building Power Apps and Power Automate solutions in production.
• Familiarity with Copilot Studio concepts and governance considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements delivering SharePoint Online solutions from discovery through production rollout.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Own delivery outcomes including scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Produce architecture diagrams, governance plans, migration runbooks, and handover docs.
• Act as trusted advisor to IT leaders and project sponsors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants.
