Qualifications

  • ABET-accredited Civil Engineering degree required.
  • Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
  • 4+ years progressive civil engineering experience.
  • Proven site development, grading, drainage, and utility design expertise.
  • Strong knowledge of local and state design standards and regulations.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering analysis software.
  • Excellent project management and leadership abilities.
  • Strong client communication and business development skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites.

  • Seal and approve engineering designs, calculations, and reports

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program required

  • Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required

  • 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience

  • Strong knowledge of local and state design standards and regulations

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering analysis software

Preferred Qualifications


  • Multi-state P.E. licensure

  • Experience with large-scale mixed-use developments

  • Advanced knowledge of stormwater management and hydrology

  • CFM or LEED AP certification

  • Experience managing teams of 5+ engineers
