• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
• 4+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
• Experience in site development, grading, drainage, and utility design.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering analysis software.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent client communication and business development skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit project sites.

Responsibilities

• Seal and approve designs, calculations, and reports.
• Lead design for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Oversee all project phases from planning to construction administration.
• Perform hydraulic/hydrologic modeling for stormwater management.
