Job summary

AeroVironment in the United States seeks a Senior Engineer - M&S to lead a skilled team supporting MDA/SEQ efforts for MS&A accreditation across a federation of models and simulations. You will coordinate with DoD and test agencies to ensure timely, high-quality technical products for DT&E and OT&E activities.

Required are a STEM master's, 12+ years of experience, and an active clearance with TS eligibility, plus strong communication and independent initiative.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in STEM with 12+ years of experience in SE, T&E, and M&S.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS clearance.
• Deep knowledge of Missile Defense System (MDS) and risk management.
• Strong written/verbal communication and briefings experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and project management leadership.
• Coordinate across multiple program offices and test agencies.
• Advise Government customers on advanced projects.
• Develop and manage test event schedules with milestones.
• Deliver high-quality technical products on time.
