Job summary

PeopleTec, located in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Senior Engineer/Analyst to provide Modeling and Simulation VV&A support to the Missile Defense Agency. This on-site role collaborates with government customers and prime contractors to advance GT events and accreditation activities.

As SME, you will manage V&V plans, evaluate evidence, and draft accreditation recommendations and briefs. A DoD Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of relevant experience.
• Modeling and simulation applications experience.
• Knowledge of M&S VV&A principles and accreditation processes.
• Ability to lead technical assessments and communicate to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for M&S versions, V&V plans, and GT data sources.
• Develop action plans to ensure timely delivery of V&V evidence for accreditation.
• Review V&V evidence and provide accreditation recommendations.
• Contribute to MDA accreditation reports, memos, and plans.
• Create Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for high-priority issues.
• Interface with model owners and V&V agents to resolve M&S limitations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain Performance Parameters and Evaluation Methodologies.
• Support OCL Working Group meetings and brief leadership on VV&A status.
