Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer/Analyst to support MDA VV&A in Huntsville, AL. The role leads M&S accreditation efforts for GT data sources, coordinates with model owners and VV&A teams, and delivers technical reviews and recommendations for accreditation decisions.

This is an on-site position at a government location involving interaction with government customers and prime contractors. Qualified candidates have 15–20+ years in M&S, a B.S. in Engineering, U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required on hire and maintained.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 15–20+ years of relevant M&S VV&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for M&S versions, V&V plans, and accreditation boundaries.
• Lead M&S VV&A efforts for GT data sources in the MDA accreditation process.
• Review V&V evidence and draft accreditation recommendations.
• Prepare sections for accreditation reports and memos.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) for M&S issues.
• Interface with model owners and VV&A agents to address limitations.
• Maintain evaluation parameters and criteria for M&S plans.
• Brief leadership on VV&A status and deliver updates.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director, MDA System Verification or VV&A lead.
