- Alternate path: two years of related experience with a Master’s or PhD in ABET-accredited program.
- PE license encouraged and preferred; ABET and non-ABET alternatives described.
Responsibilities
- Lead and guide engineers; train and direct work within the team.
- Ensure work complies with company policies and external regulations.
- Analyze problems, develop solutions, and present them to stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings and prepare clear technical reports for management.
- Collaborate across disciplines and leverage networks to get results.
- Make informed decisions affecting plans, budgets, and projects.
