Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Sr Engineer - Maintenance Business Process Owner to lead maintenance process ownership and CMMS governance within Engineering Operations & Services. The role partners with platform owners and business process leads to drive standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement across global sites.

You will define strategies for maintenance, oversee the end-to-end maintenance lifecycle, and ensure alignment with Asset Management, Reliability, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering or related field with extensive maintenance experience.
• Experience leading global or multi-site maintenance processes and governance.
• Proven knowledge of end-to-end maintenance management including planning and scheduling.
• Experience as business/product owner for CMMS and related enterprise systems.
• Ability to align maintenance with Asset Management, Quality and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance process strategy, operating model, standards, and roadmaps.
• Serve as global business process owner for maintenance in CMMS.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria and process outcomes with stakeholders.
• Guide design, configuration, testing, and deployment with delivery teams.
• Ensure alignment with Asset Management, Reliability and Quality.
• Manage data activities across SAP EAM including migration and cutover.
• Build global Maintenance community and drive continuous improvement.
