What You'll Do

• Provide expertise on endpoint security technologies including design, configuration, and deployment
• Maintain and enhance endpoint security platforms such as Anti-Virus, Anti-Malware, Encryption, EDR, MDM, Web Content Management, DNS Security, SIEM, and Patch Management
• Monitor security events, perform threat analysis, and respond to security incidents
• Support the health, performance, and tuning of endpoint infrastructure
• Research and analyze emerging security technologies in collaboration with senior leadership
• Evaluate and improve existing endpoint security solutions against emerging threats
• Ensure security policies meet industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) and are properly enforced
• Create and deliver security and compliance reports
• Support the implementation of security software and oversee projects from start to finish
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a point of escalation
• Develop and communicate technical documentation and standards
• Attend meetings and trainings as required, with flexible scheduling as needed
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely completion
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Experience Includes

• 4-year degree or relevant certifications and experience
• 5+ years in enterprise Information Security
• 2+ years in a technical project lead/support role
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security technologies such as encryption, threat hunting, exploit mitigation, vulnerability management, anti-malware, OS configuration, SIEM, and identity tools
• Knowledge of network protocols, Active Directory, Web Content Management, Patch Management
• Strong understanding of attack methodologies and security frameworks like ITIL, NIST
• Preferred certifications and experience with specific security technologies and in the hospitality industry
• Ability to lift and carry equipment safely
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel up to 20%
