Job Description:

The Endpoint Engineer/Administrator will assist with implementing and operating Endpoint Security infrastructure to protect the IT infrastructure. The position is in the Citywide.

Complete Description:

The Endpoint Engineer/Administrator will be familiar with next-generation Endpoint management/protection platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Tanium, SCCM, Jamf, and CrowdStrike. The role requires mastery in Endpoint Device and patch Management, with hands-on experience in Device Provisioning, Windows Autopilot, device policies, software packaging, OS and software patching, and reporting using tools like Graph Explorer and API. Responsibilities include managing endpoint devices, ensuring security and performance, supporting end-users, troubleshooting, and policy formulation. Excellent teamwork, communication, and adaptability are essential. In-depth knowledge of the mentioned point products and security policy management is required.

Specific Tasks:

• Administer MDM environment, including Intune and Autopilot configuration.
• Maintain development, test, and production environments.
• Manage device policies and applications in Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Deploy software updates and patches automatically.
• Maintain endpoint OS infrastructure and perform routine maintenance.
• Manage Azure AD, Intune, Tanium, SCCM, and Jamf components.
• Troubleshoot endpoint issues and support end-users.
• Create and update endpoint agent policies.
• Coordinate implementation timelines and delivery.
• Communicate with management and end-users, and manage reporting.
• Drive endpoint solutions to improve OS deployment and operations.
• Develop application packaging and scripting for Windows and macOS.
• Provide updates on software and security alerts.
• Support design and implementation of scalable, secure mobility solutions using industry best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist in training.

Compensation: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
