Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Windows Endpoint Security Engineer to design and develop advanced endpoint security solutions for Windows devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows system-level programming and a passion for building tools that protect sensitive data, monitor security events, and enhance organizational compliance. This is a Remote role.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Windows applications and system-level programming.
• Expertise in C/C++ and C#, with a solid understanding of Windows internals and APIs (e.g., Win32 API, WMI, Windows Filtering Platform (WFP), ETW, and Kernel-Mode Drivers).
• Proven experience in building endpoint monitoring or security agents for Windows.
• Familiarity with Windows file systems, driver development, or user-space file monitoring tools (e.g., File System Minifilter Drivers, NTFS, FAT32).
• Hands-on experience in implementing TLS termination, traffic inspection, and encryption/decryption mechanisms.
• Experience integrating with SIEM tools, cloud DLP platforms, or external proxies.
• Strong understanding of Windows security mechanisms, such as AppLocker, BitLocker, User Account Control (UAC), and Credential Guard.
• Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills for Windows environments.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
