Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree in civil, environmental, or agricultural engineering.
• Six years of progressively responsible engineering experience in design, analysis, and construction.
• Professional Engineer license in Texas.
• Graduate degree with supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversees quality assurance for design, construction, and analysis.
• Performs engineering analyses and permitting for civil/environmental projects.
• Develops plans, specs, and cost estimates for infrastructure.
• Manages projects, budgets, and schedules.
