Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 15+ years leading capital projects, engineering programs, or operational transformations.
• 7+ years leading project portfolios or PMOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering PMO strategy, governance, and standards.
• Direct capital program portfolio and investment planning.
• Drive value realization, performance management, and ROI tracking.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.
• Ensure readiness for major capital initiatives from concept to closeout.
• Provide executive leadership with portfolio visibility and strategic decision support.
