Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with leadership across complex platforms.
• Ability to own cross-functional initiatives, influence direction, and drive organizational change.
• Hands-on experience designing distributed apps, APIs, event-driven systems, and cloud-native services.
• Experience establishing production engineering practices across CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and reliability.
• Experience designing or implementing AI-enabled apps, agents, or workflow automation with LLMs.
• Knowledge of AI governance, privacy, security, and risk controls in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives accelerating adoption of agentic platforms and automation.
• Own design and delivery of agentic SDLC components and Developer Experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value agent use cases.
• Develop reusable platform capabilities, reference architectures, and tooling.
• Establish engineering standards, governance for identity, data protection, and lifecycle management.
• Design production-grade agentic systems using orchestration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Define observability and operational practices to measure value and reliability.
• Lead workshops, labs, and training to build practical agentic engineering capability.
• Coach engineers, build communities of practice, and raise organizational capability.
• Evaluate models, frameworks, vendors; provide pragmatic recommendations to leadership.
