Qualifications

• 12+ years in software/data/ML engineering with recent production AI/ML systems experience.
• Hands-on coding and review of code by choice.
• Experience shipping LLM-based agents or multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own Technical Standards for agentic solutions—define interoperability patterns and gates.
• Architect agent-ready data strategies for AI-ready data products.
• Co-own reference architecture and agent framework for product-to-market journeys.
• Lead multi-agent workflows across Design, Development, and Sourcing to automate processes.
• Partner on guardrails, governance, and FinOps with cost-aware routing.
