You will advocate for customers, coordinate with internal engineering teams, and help shape service publications and innovations. You will lead cross-functional efforts to improve repairability and serviceability, gather feedback, and drive global alignment across three regions.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing engine and integration issues for customers and dealers.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with dealer/service networks to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as advocate for customers and dealers, communicating issues to engineering teams.
• Analyze engine health data for 0.5L–18L lineup and develop action plans.
• Manage hardware/software/performance failures, escalate priorities, and support root cause analysis.
• Improve repairability, maintenance, and service publications for product improvements.
• Gather feedback to identify serviceability requirements and track projects end-to-end.
• Lead process improvements and drive global alignment across regions.
