Job summary

Cyclotron, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Project Manager to join the Engagement Management Office (EMO). This role blends project delivery rigor with relationship management, leading Microsoft-centric initiatives end-to-end and translating business needs into executable plans.

The ideal candidate will own the engagement, manage stakeholders, and drive measurable value, client experiences, and long-term partnerships. Remote work across US or Canada with a wide range of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic consulting and project management within an enterprise client-facing role.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and modern project delivery methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
• Solid technical foundation including experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting, and funding milestones.
• Demonstrated strength in client engagement management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans

Responsibilities

• Engagement & Stakeholder Management: be the accountable owner of client engagements and relationships.
• Project & Delivery Leadership: plan and manage complex Microsoft-centric projects end-to-end; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Risk, Quality & Financial Management: identify risks, monitor plans, ensure quality, track funding and billing.
• Continuous Improvement & Leadership: mentor teams, drive process improvements, and contribute as an EMO thought leader.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within accounts.
