Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business/related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in operations programs, workforce engagement, analytics, or related fields.
• Strong written communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced analytical judgment, program design and planning, and process improvement capabilities.
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information, compare alternatives, and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement analysis, program design, and planning across one or more sites.
• Develop and implement communication plans; draft and coordinate workforce communications.
• Design and improve Operations follow-up controls; monitor leadership follow-up actions.
• Translate site priorities into program frameworks, plans, and governance routines.
• Lead cross-functional working sessions; secure commitments and drive approved execution.
• Support post-onboarding integration standards and retention initiatives.
