Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Professional Services team. You will ensure successful delivery of client-facing projects, keeping engagements on schedule, within scope, and on budget from kickoff through close-out, coordinating internal resources and vendors as needed.

We seek 8–12 years of experience in a PM/Engagement Manager role, a degree, and strong analytical and communication skills to lead large virtual teams and manage project performance.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working with enterprise software.
• A degree and a commitment to continued project management career growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams and to perform under pressure.
• Experience with task scheduling and with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and within scope.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
• Track and analyze project budget performance, expenditures, procurement, blockers, risks, and deficits.
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting changes or risks and recommending improvements.
• Escalate projects to management and key stakeholders and maintain the project pipeline.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and close out projects with deliverables.
