Job summary

Siemens seeks an Engagement Manager to shape, qualify, and govern customer engagements delivering measurable outcomes through Siemens Professional Services, across ICX, SLC, Mendix and other offerings. The role spans discovery, value framing, proposal, contracting, mobilization, and governance.

You will orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise, translate discovery into an integrated services approach, and manage risk, scope, and commercial terms while expanding the services pipeline.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery, customer success or services sales, including meaningful experience shaping and governing complex engagements.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services component of account plans across an assigned portfolio of customers and industries.
• Partner with Sales, Portfolio Development, Presales, Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to identify, shape and prioritize services opportunities.
• Connect customer business priorities to Siemens capabilities, defining outcome-oriented transformation roadmaps rather than isolated product deployments.
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives, business leaders, technology stakeholders and delivery sponsors.
• Maintain a qualified pursuit pipeline and contribute to bookings, revenue and growth objectives through expansion of existing accounts and development of new opportunities.
