• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery or services sales with experience shaping and governing complex engagements.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills; ability to simplify topics and influence decisions.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement lifecycle from discovery through proposal, contracting and mobilization.
• Orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise to define integrated solutions and services.
• Develop defensible estimates, schedules, staffing models and commercials using approved methods.
• Ensure governance, risk management and customer alignment throughout engagement.
• Lead structured discovery, define outcomes, and secure executive sponsorship and delivery readiness.
• Mentor peers in engagement shaping, governance and value realization.
