Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software or services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional pursuits from discovery through proposal, contracting, mobilization and delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including estimation, pricing, contracting models, forecasting, margin awareness and risk management.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills, with ability to simplify complex topics and influence decisions.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams across multiple priorities and boundaries.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Professional Services component of account plans across an assigned portfolio of customers and industries.
• Partner with Sales, Portfolio Development, Presales, Solution Architects and Delivery leaders to identify, shape and prioritize services opportunities.
• Translate customer priorities into an integrated solution and services approach.
• Develop defensible estimates, schedules, staffing models and commercials.
• Identify risks early and establish mitigations and ownership.
• Bridge Sales and Delivery through disciplined handover and governance.
• Ensure executive reviews, project mobilization and governance cadence are in place.
• Expand opportunities based on value and customer roadmap.
• Promote reuse of assets, playbooks and best practices across the practice.
