Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and govern complex customer engagements across ICX, SLC, Mendix and other offerings. You will translate discovery into executable services, manage staffing and finances, and drive measurable business outcomes for large enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery, customer success or services sales.
• Experience shaping and governing complex engagements from discovery to delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including estimation, pricing and forecasting.
• Proven ability to coordinate global and partner-enabled delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel and work across customer locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery to clarify the customer problem and desired outcomes.
• Orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise to define an integrated solution approach.
• Translate discovery into an engagement model, scope, deliverables and governance.
• Develop defensible estimates, schedules, staffing models and commercial terms.
• Identify risks early and secure ownership and mitigations.
• Prepare statements of work aligned with legal and customer expectations.
• Engage Legal, Finance, Commercial, Product and leadership as needed.
• Bridge Sales and Delivery with disciplined handover and governance.
