Responsibilities

• Lead structured engagement shaping across ICX, SLC, Mendix and adjacent products.
• Define engagement scope, deliverables, assumptions and governance for services.
• Bridge Sales and Delivery with disciplined handover and governance cadence.
• Identify expansion opportunities and transition them into qualified pursuits.
• Ensure governance, risk, scope and milestones are clearly defined at handover.
