Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager to shape and govern customer engagements across ICX, SLC, Mendix and related offerings. You will translate customer priorities into executable services engagements, build trusted relationships with executives, and protect delivery and commercial integrity across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services, consulting, enterprise software, solution delivery or services sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional pursuits from discovery through proposal, contracting and delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including estimation, pricing, forecasting and risk management.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence decisions.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams across multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured engagement lifecycle from discovery to governance and delivery.
• Orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise to define an integrated services approach.
• Develop defensible estimates, schedules, staffing models and commercials using approved methods.
• Maintain pursuit forecasts for bookings, revenue and margin in relevant systems.
• Engage stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Commercial, Product and leadership for resolution of non-standard terms.
