Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Engagement Manager within Intelligence Center X to shape and govern customer engagements that deliver measurable business outcomes across ICX, SLC, Mendix and other offerings.

You will own the engagement lifecycle from discovery through governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, building trusted relationships with executives, and ensuring delivery quality and commercial integrity across a global portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across professional services or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead multi-product engagements from discovery to delivery governance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with forecasting and pricing.
• Executive-level communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating global and partner-enabled delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured discovery to clarify customer problems and success criteria.
• Orchestrate Siemens and partner expertise to define integrated solutions.
• Translate outputs into clear engagement models, scope and governance.
