Job summary

Network to Code is hiring a Senior Engagement Manager to lead large client engagements and drive Agile transformation across cross-functional teams. You will partner with Architects, Managing Consultants, and Network Automation Engineers to deliver outcomes that align with client goals.

You will coordinate project activities, manage stakeholder expectations, and communicate progress with executive leadership.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing customer-facing projects.
Experience leading cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and clients.
Strong presentation, listening and written communication skills.
Familiarity with Jira and software development lifecycle.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Lead key client engagements and Agile coaching for large clients.
Coordinate, track, and communicate project efforts aligned with Agile principles.
Measure client satisfaction and health of initiatives; remediate issues with project teams.
Own project delivery, staffing, and escalation management for Network to Code engagements.
Deliver executive summaries of project accomplishments, risks, and dependencies.
Identify risks/dependencies and drive timely decisions to keep programs on track.
