Job summary

RightClick is seeking a Managing Consultant to lead a team of consultants and engineers delivering network automation solutions for enterprise clients. This fully remote position requires strong leadership, clear communication across technical and executive audiences, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.

The role focuses on guiding project delivery, coordinating with engagement managers, and coaching team members on feedback culture and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience leading teams or projects
• Strong client and leadership communication skills
• Experience delivering projects in large, complex environments
• Hands-on network automation experience
• Familiarity with NetBox and YAML-based variable management
• Exposure to Git workflows in a collaborative environment
• Ability to context-switch across multiple concurrent projects

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of consultants and engineers delivering network automation solutions
• Lead meetings with technical and leadership stakeholders from client and internal teams
• Communicate network architecture and automation design decisions clearly to clients and engineers
• Own and manage day-to-day relationships between the client and the delivery team
• Coach team members and client stakeholders on feedback culture, peer review, and best practices
• Partner with engagement managers and senior leadership throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes
