Bloomreach is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our presales team covering EMEA, based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. This customer-facing role involves discovery conversations, tailored product demonstrations, and translating complex platform capabilities into business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for senior stakeholder communication across Europe.
• 2–5 years in a relevant field such as presales, solution consulting, or digital agency work.
• Experience with enterprise or mid-market customers and complex buying processes.
• Ability to present to groups confidently and run discovery sessions.
• Active use of AI tools in daily work and demos to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with prospects to understand business challenges and current tech.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations linked to customer use cases.
• Build and present solution concepts translating requirements into narratives.
• Support the sales cycle end-to-end from qualification to close with the AE.
• Handle technical questions bridging marketing and IT perspectives.
• Prepare and deliver workshop-style sessions for mid-market and enterprise evaluations.
• Leverage AI tools for research, demo prep, content creation, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, and PS to ensure feasible proposals.
• Contribute to presales assets like demo environments and use case libraries.
