Job summary

N2P Systems seeks an experienced Applied AI Engineering Delivery Manager to lead large-scale technology programs across modernization, integration, and AI-enabled delivery. You will champion AI governance, drive speed and quality, and partner with clients, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver outcomes. Hands-on with Generative AI tools and agentic platforms, you will mentor teams and oversee end-to-end delivery in dynamic environments.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of technology delivery or engineering management experience.
• Proven ability to lead mid- to large-scale programs.
• Hands-on exposure to Generative AI and agentic tools.
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale modernization programs.
• Integrate AI-enabled engineering and agentic tools into workflows.
• Mentor cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and risks with stakeholders.
• Establish AI governance, guardrails, and quality metrics.
