DCWP seeks an experienced litigator to supervise worker protection litigation, leading enforcement of groundbreaking laws protecting employees and independent contractors. The role emphasizes writing, editing, collaborative leadership, and mentoring early-career attorneys.

The ideal candidate will drive complex litigation in a fast-paced environment, with flexible work options of up to 2 remote days per week under the pilot program and a strong commitment to economic justice for New Yorkers.

Competenze

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Minimum four years of recent full-time legal experience, including at least 18 months supervising other attorneys.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise worker protection litigation and related enforcement actions.
• Develop and mentor junior attorneys, providing guidance on strategy, writing, and editing.
