Job summary

DCWP seeks an experienced litigator to supervise worker protection litigation. The role involves leading litigation under OLPS laws and supervising four staff attorneys handling litigation. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, skilled writer with collaborative leadership and a commitment to social justice.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar and four years of recent full-time legal experience after admission, including at least 18 months supervising other attorneys.
• Incumbents must remain members of the NYS Bar during employment.
• Experience in employment or class action litigation is preferred.
