Qualifications

• Admitted to NY State Bar and in good standing.
• Four years of full-time legal experience after admission, including supervision.
• Experience with worker-protection, employment or class-action litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead worker-protection litigation in NYC.
• Develop and advance enforcement of sick leave, scheduling and minimum pay laws.
• Collaborate with engineers and data teams to support litigation.
