General Motors Corporation is seeking an Energy & Water Optimization Leader to drive enterprise energy and water reduction initiatives across GM's manufacturing operations. This role leads conservation strategies, improvement programs, and capital projects that cut utility use, bolster sustainability, and reduce operating costs.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in energy and water management.
• Strong project management and financial analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute energy efficiency and water conservation strategies.
• Lead energy and water intensity reduction programs across manufacturing facilities.
• Drive DOE 50001 Ready, ENERGY STAR and other continuous improvement programs.
• Build and manage the energy and water project pipeline and EPCs.
• Coordinate utility rebates and incentive opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between corporate energy strategy and manufacturing sites.
