You will originate, structure, and negotiate agreements, collaborate with Engineering, Finance, and Legal, and drive scalable power solutions across regions while supporting Google's AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of negotiating or structuring commercial agreements.
• Experience in energy, power generation or infrastructure development.
• Experience managing external partner relationships (utilities, IPPs, manufacturers).

Responsibilities

• Develop generation solutions and standard terms for data center power needs.
• Lead origination, structuring, and negotiation of power contracts with providers.
• Prepare transaction materials with senior executives across engineering, finance, and legal.
• Support site-specific deployment planning and capacity management.
• Analyze trends to craft scalable, future-focused energy deals.
