Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring commercial agreements or leading business development.
• Experience in the energy industry, power generation or infrastructure development.
• Experience building and managing external partner relationships such as utilities, equipment manufacturers, and IPPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop generation solutions and standard terms to fulfill Google's data center power needs under uncertainty.
• Lead origination, structuring, and negotiation of power contracts with providers and utilities.
• Develop, lead, and review agreement approvals and materials with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Support site-specific deployment planning and manage capacity allocations and contracts.
• Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and scalable energy solutions.
