Job summary

TKO StaffPros, LLC seeks a Senior Solutions & Systems Architect to design Behind-the-Meter energy storage and EMS/SCADA solutions for Telecom, TowerCo, and Commercial & Industrial customers in Plano. You will lead cross-functional work spanning product, systems engineering, and delivery, moving from whiteboard to field troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Electrical, Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field required.
7+ years in battery storage, DER controls, microgrids, telecom power, SCADA, or industrial automation.
Multi-vendor integration experience and strong grasp of communications and control systems.
Customer-facing technical experience.
Willingness to travel to customer sites and commissioning events.

Responsibilities

Customer solution architecture: design backup power and storage systems for telecom, data centers, and critical sites.
OEM integration: own integration of battery OEMs and PCS/inverter platforms; define data models and controls.
EMS and controls: lead peak shaving, demand charge reduction, and revenue stacking features.
Startup leadership: assist in customer presentations, help close deals, and mentor engineers.
